Common questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. The Starter plan is free and asks for no card. You only add payment details if you decide to move to Professional.
Is there a trial period?
There is not, on purpose: Starter is free for as long as you want it, so there is nothing to try against a clock. Professional is charged from the first month.
How do I pay for Professional?
By card, through Stripe. The checkout runs on a page of Stripe’s own, so your card details never reach Ilumible.
Does my client need an account?
No. They open your link, pick a time, and that is it. If you would rather require a login, it is a setting you can turn on.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, any time, from your own dashboard. No penalty and no one to talk to.
Does it work on a phone?
It does. Both your booking page and your dashboard run in a phone browser, with nothing to install.
Does it connect to Google Calendar?
It does. Connect your Google account and every booking shows up in your calendar. Online sessions bring their Meet or Zoom link along.
What happens to my clients' data?
It is yours, and it is never sold or used to advertise to your clients. There is no export button yet: ask by email and a copy is produced by hand, and deletion works the same way, within 30 days.
