Therapists
The same hour every week, without the weekly message
Therapy runs on repetition: the same person, the same hour, week after week. What breaks is not the schedule — it is the reminding, the rescheduling, and the fifteen minutes between sessions that quietly disappear.
An example, not a real practice.
The space between sessions is protected
A cooldown after each appointment comes off what anyone can book, so the fifteen minutes you use to write notes stay yours. It is set once on the service, not defended by hand every week.
Reminders you did not have to send
Confirmation goes out when they book and a reminder goes out before the hour, by email. You choose how far ahead. Nobody has to remember, and nobody has to be the person who chases.
Online or in the room, decided per service
Mark a service as online and a booking for it brings its own Google Meet or Zoom link. In-person services show the address instead. One calendar, both kinds of session.
Common questions
Can a client book the same hour every week?
They book each session themselves from your page. Ilumible does not create a recurring series for them yet — you or they book the next one, and the calendar keeps the history.
Do online sessions get a link automatically?
They do, once you connect Google or Zoom. A booking for a service marked online carries the meeting link into the calendar event and the confirmation email.
Are my notes about a client private?
Yes. A private note on a client record is visible to you and never to them. Each business keeps its own records, isolated at the database level.
Who is responsible for my clients’ data?
You are — you decide what to collect and why, and Ilumible processes it on your instruction. The privacy policy sets both roles out in full.
