Barbers
Your chair, booked without the phone ringing
A barbershop day is short appointments stacked tight, and one no-show costs the whole slot. The problem is not the calendar — it is that every booking arrives as an interruption while your hands are busy.
An example, not a real shop.
Back-to-back, without double booking
Each cut carries its own length, so a 30-minute fade and a 50-minute cut-and-beard do not need the same box on a grid. The times offered are the times that actually fit, and two people cannot land on the same one — the database refuses an overlap, not the screen.
The gap after the chair is yours
Set a cooldown on a service and it comes off the bookable time automatically: sweep up, take the cape off, breathe. Nobody can book into it, and you never have to remember to block it.
Saturday answers itself
Put the link in your Instagram bio. Somebody books at eleven at night, gets a confirmation, and gets a reminder before they come. You find out when you look, not when the phone goes.
Common questions
Can I set a different length for each cut?
Yes. Duration is a property of the service, so a fade and a full cut-and-beard offer different times. Book two services at once and the durations add up.
How do I keep the ten minutes after each client?
Give the service a cooldown. It is taken off the bookable time after every appointment, so nobody can book into your clean-up.
What about walk-ins?
Nothing stops you taking them. Add the appointment yourself from your dashboard and the slot closes for everyone else immediately.
Does my client need to install anything?
No. Your booking page opens in a phone browser, and so does your own dashboard. There is no app for either of you.
